Win-win in 2021

In March, the flowers are red and willow green. During the spring season in Yunnan, March 12-13, 2021, Professor Tong Zhihui, Professor Ye Bo and Professor Ke Lu, a team of professors from the Department of critical Medicine, Jinling Hospital, Medical School of Nanjing University, held in-depth talks with the director team of the first people’s Hospital of Yunnan Province, Chen Guobing, and the director team of Yangmei, the first people’s Hospital of Qujing City, on clinical research cooperation projects. Professor Li Weiqin’s team is very grateful for the support of Yunnan Brother Hospital for the work of this team, and hopes to win in cooperation with the Communist Party of China!

In addition, Professor Li Weiqin’s team communicated with the current multicenter clinical research cooperation project “A clinical trial comparing the effects of balanced salt solution (rurolidine) and normal saline on serum chloride and renal adverse events in patients with severe acute pancreatitis (CLEVER-AP)” with the first people’s Hospital of Yunnan Province and the first people’s Hospital of Qujing City, as well as the problems that should be paid attention to in the implementation of the study. CLEVER-AP is about to be carried out, and teams have conducted on-site one-to-one communication on practical issues to ensure the smooth development of the research project.

CLEVER-AP

Liquid therapy is an important part of acute and critical medicine. In recent years, the influence of different crystalloid types on patient prognosis, especially renal function, has been paid more and more attention. This study adopts the method of polycentric cluster randomized, controlled, within 72 hours of the onset of conform to the criteria of patients with acute pancreatitis, more balanced salt solution for patients treated with saline liquid serum chloride and renal adverse events, and clinical outcomes and the effect of exploration in patients with severe acute pancreatitis more suitable liquid treatment.

This clinical research meeting with the First People’s Hospital of Yunnan Province and the First People’s Hospital of Qujing City was of profound significance. In line with the theme of “advance together, win-win cooperation”, the teams exchanged views on the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of the cooperation project, which played a role in preparing for the future.
